A good day for a pork roast...

Tuesdays are my day off, so I'm still in my pajamas at almost 1pm. I've been working on patterns for the shop and posted a couple of new items. I'll post them below.

I've decided to stay home all day and slow roast a Boston butt. I made a rub paste with olive oil and Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning, which I LOVE, and roasted for 30 mins at 400 degrees, now its at 250 degrees and has a few hours left. It should be fantastic! I plan on roasting some potatoes and carrots with it near the end of it's cooking time, then using whatever leftovers are available for pulled pork sandwiches.

I should probably do something more constructive around the house...but what fun is that?!
